- Standard Shipping: Orders will be shipped using standard shipping methods unless expedited shipping is selected during checkout.
- Expedited Shipping: Customers have the option to choose expedited shipping for faster delivery, subject to additional fees.
3. **Shipping Costs:**
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the pottery items, the destination address, and the selected shipping method.

4. - Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays.

- Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 14 business days for delivery.
- Expedited shipping may reduce delivery times to 2 to 10  business days.

- I do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses outside of Canada and the United States.

- Pottery items are securely packaged for safe transport, Unfortunately, Canada Post does not offer insurance protections for fragile items like pottery.  Please contact me if your piece has been damaged during transport

10. **Oversized Items:**
- Additional shipping fees may apply to oversized pottery items due to their size and weight. Customers will be notified of any applicable surcharges during checkout.
